Payment Options

Retail Orders

Products and Services on our website may be purchased using POLI, a secure method of transferring money directly from your bank account.

If you would prefer to use a creditcard, please call us to complete your order over the phone or at our shop. Please note that creditcard transactions come with an extra 3% fee charged directly by your creditcard company.

Wholesale Orders

Regular commercial purchasers may submit a credit application for a wholesale account. Please contact us for details.

Shipping Options

Within Christchurch

Customers may collect their orders directly from our showroom, between 8am - 3pm, Mon-Fri, saving on shipping and allowing you to ask questions during pickup. Orders placed within Christchurch may be delivered within a day for in-stock products for an additional delivery fee.

Shipping throughout Canterbury & Mackenzie Country

Delivery is available within Canterbury,  Kaikoura, Hanmer Springs, Arthurs Pass, Kumara Junction (and south), and Mackenzie Country. Freight is charged based on your chosen products and your delivery location. Due to the special shipping needs of our products, we have to quote each shipment individually. If you have any questions or special requests, please contact us.

International Shipping

Sorry, we only ship within certain regions of New Zealand.

Maintenance

VELUX products require very little maintenance, however a little TLC now and then can go a long way to keeping your invest in good shape. VELUX NZ has a great section on how to maintain each part of your system here. If you need professional repairs, please contact us here at Vikingbuilt.

Returns are accepted for

  • New, unopened, and undamaged products

  • Items purchased within 45 days or not yet dispatched

  • VELUX stocked items only (special orders are non-refundable)

  • Pre-approved returns - contact us prior to returning product
